I totally agree with MissMooMoo. It sounds to me like the things you describe are more like problems than the way she is supposed to look, especially the part in her hair and the freckles. If I were you, I would call AG and ask for a new doll, you shouldn't have to settle with something that you are not satisified with. You will love her once everything is ship-shape!
